Capital Campaign
Raise the Curtain
Support our capital campaign to renovate our new home at 69 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel, NY. Sign on as a Five-Year Pillar of the Arts Donor and enjoy recognition, tickets, swag, and more — while helping secure BTC's future.
In February 2026, Brewster Theater Company completed the purchase of 69 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel, NY 10512 — a permanent home for BTC. On August 27, 2026, we appeared before the Town of Carmel Zoning Board seeking the approvals we need to convert the space into a theater. Our goal is to raise $500,000 over the next five years to renovate our new home. We estimate we need approximately $150,000 for renovations. We welcome your one-time donation, or sign on to become a Five-Year Pillar of the Arts Donor. Five-Year Pillar of the Arts donor funds will be used solely for our capital campaign. Levels include membership, tickets, swag, naming rights, and more. Donations accepted via credit card through the Donate button below. Checks may be mailed to: Brewster Theater Company 69 Gleneida Avenue Carmel, NY 10512

How to Join & Fund Usage
How to become a Five-Year Pillar: Make your initial donation via the Donate button, then email [email protected] with the subject line "Five Year Pillar." We will send you a non-binding agreement and contact you on the anniversary of your donation. How capital campaign funds are used: Raise the Curtain / Pillar of the Arts donations are used ONLY toward our long-term building fund — purchase, lease, renovations, town-required upgrades, attorney and closing costs, and occupancy expenses at 69 Gleneida Avenue. These funds are NOT used for BTC shows, salaries, stipends, or other current operating expenses. Donors who do not join the five-year Pillar program are recognized as annual patrons; a portion of annual patron gifts may support operating expenses. Questions: Bob Dumont — [email protected] or 845-729-5107.
