Brewster Theater is now the owner of 69 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel, NY 10512. Our goal is to raise $500,000 over the next five years. These funds will be used to renovate our new home for The Brewster Theater Company. We estimate we will need $150,000 for our renovations. We welcome your one-time donation or sign on to become a Five-Year Pillar of the Arts Donor. Five-Year Pillar of the Arts donor funds will be used solely for our capital campaign. How to Join

Five-Year Pillar of the Arts donors will have their entire donation dedicated toward our capital campaign and will be recognized as giving the entire five-year amount. All levels include your name in the playbill. If you do not elect to become a Five-Year Pillar of the Arts donor, a portion of your donation will be used toward our current operating expenses. How to become a Five-Year Pillar of the Arts: • Make your initial donation. • Email [email protected] with the subject "Five Year Pillar." • We will send you the non-binding agreement and then contact you on the anniversary of your donation. How will the capital campaign funds be used: Raise the Curtain Pillar of the Arts donations will be used only toward our long-term building fund. This may include long-term lease rentals, building purchases, necessary building enhancements or upgrades required by town officials, attorney or professional fees required to close transactions, and any other expense required to purchase or obtain a long-term lease and create our occupancy at that location.
